About Printing Method
・The printing is done in our factory using UV-curable UV printing ink that can be used outdoors.
・We use the most durable ink against the abrasion and water, after testing with actual materials.
・To further enhance durability, we've applied a Ceramic Coating over the letters and logos.
The ceramic coating, a technology used in U.S. military equipment, offers exceptional weather and stain resistance, ensuring long-term reliability and peace of mind.
Regarding the painting of metals

・Alumite (aluminum oxide film treatment, silver)
Regarding the painting of wood
・Our wood materials are finished with a water-based coating specially designed for outdoor use.
<p>PIECE OF SIGN products have 3 years warranty.</p>
<p>This covers faulty workmanship and/or materials when the product is used in normal, domestic or commercial conditions and following the care and use instructions provided. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse of the product. If the defect was caused by a manufacturing fault, the faulty product will be replaced free of charge.</p>
<p>If the original product is no longer in production, it will be replaced with the most similar product.</p>
<p>To claim under our 3 years warranty, please contact us with images of your faulty product and order number.</p>

Q: Is full-surface printing possible?
A: Due to the specifications of the printing machine, this type does not support full-surface printing. However, background printing is possible if there is a 30mm margin on all sides. Full-surface printing is available for HANGING wall signs in steel white.
Q：What materials are recommended for rainy environments?
A：All materials have a surface coating, but we recommend acrylic or metal due to their material characteristics.
Q: Can I write on the plate?
A：Because the surface of the material is coated with a protective coating that prevents the print from peeling off and deteriorating, neither oil-based nor water-based pens can be used for writing. If you wish to write on the plate, we recommend using chalk on the blackboard plate.
Q: Are there any plates that can be used with magnets?
A: We do not support acrylic, wood or chalkboard, but all colored steel products can be used.
Q：Can I print my logo on the chalkboard plate?
A: Yes, it is possible. Double-sided printing is also possible, so please take advantage of it.
Q：Can I get a design mockup?
A: We will print your product exactly as shown in the preview above. While we don't provide additional mockups, rest assured that our team thoroughly reviews all design files before printing. Please note that some options, such as background removal, might not be visible in the on-screen preview but will be correctly applied to the final product.
Q: Do you offer double-sided printing?
A: Yes, we offer both single-sided and double-sided printing options. If you want double-sided printing, please ensure that this option is selected above.
