PIECE OF SIGN products come with a 3-year warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use in residential or commercial settings, when used according to the provided care instructions. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or improper handling.
If the defect is due to a manufacturing fault, we will replace the defective product at no cost to you. If the original product is no longer in production, it will be replaced with the closest available model.
To file a claim under our 3-year warranty, please contact us with your order number and photos of the defective item.
Q: Is full-surface printing possible?
A: Due to the specifications of our printing equipment, this type does not support full-surface printing. However, if there is a 30mm margin on all sides, background printing is possible. Background printing is not available for shapes other than BLADE SQUARE.
If you use the Projecting Hanging Sign in Steel White, full-surface printing is available.
Q: Is double-sided printing available?
A: Due to the specifications of our printing equipment, this type does not support double-sided printing.
Q: Can this be used outdoors?
A: This product is intended for indoor use only. Please be aware of this in advance.
