PIECE OF SIGN products come with a 3-year warranty.

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use in residential or commercial settings, when used according to the provided care instructions.
It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or improper handling.

If the defect is due to a manufacturer defect, we will replace the defective product at no cost to you.
If the original product is no longer in production, it will be replaced with the closest available model.

To file a warranty claim under our 3-year warranty, please contact us with your order number and photos of the defective item.

Q: Can I see samples?
A: We do not provide physical samples. However, detailed product photos and examples are available in the at the bottom of this page.

Q: Can I get a design mockup?
A: The product will be produced exactly as displayed in the preview above. Additional mockups are not provided. Please note that our team thoroughly reviews all design files before production. Certain options, such as background removal, may not appear in the preview but will be correctly applied to the final product.

Q: Do you offer double-sided printing?
A: Double-sided printing is not available. Only single-sided printing is offered.

Q: Can it be used outdoors?
A: The product is powder-coated and can withstand light rain.
