This covers faulty workmanship and/or materials when the product is used in normal, domestic or commercial conditions and following the care and use instructions provided. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse of the product. If the defect was caused by a manufacturing fault, the faulty product will be replaced free of charge.

If the original product is no longer in production, it will be replaced with the most similar product.

Q: How can I install the product on a wall?

A: Tape is not included, but the product can be easily installed using commercially available strong double-sided tape. Please be careful when peeling off the tape.

Q：Is it possible to print on the side?

A: Yes, it is possible. You can enjoy different designs on two sides. Upload your file and order from the "The other sided printing" option.

Q: Will the product fall off if it is not fixed to the table?

A: The design is made to fit perfectly at right angles, so it will not fall off under normal use. If you wish to secure it, please use commercially available double-sided tape.

Q: Can I get a design mockup?

A: We will print your product exactly as shown in the preview above. While we don't provide additional mockups, rest assured that our team thoroughly reviews all design files before printing. Please note that some options, such as background removal, might not be visible in the on-screen preview but will be correctly applied to the final product.
