- Suitable for outdoor use. For best results, we recommend using water-resistant paper for menu inserts.
- Installation can be completed by the customer. If preferred, professional installation is also an option. Please refer to this page for installation instructions and safety information.
- Menu inserts can be replaced easily.
- Compatible paper sizes: 1 × A3 or 2 × A4

- Power bank not included. Please provide a USB Type-A compatible power bank (5V / 2A or higher).
- Recommended capacity: 10,000mAh
- Estimated operating time: approximately 10 hours with a 10,000mAh power bank.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom-made items due to customer preference, as each piece is made to order.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and send us photos showing the issue. Once the issue has been verified, we will arrange a repair or free replacement. Refunds are available only in exceptional cases where a replacement cannot be provided.
Please note that additional information or return of the item may be required depending on the circumstances.
PIECE OF SIGN products come with a 3-year warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use in residential or commercial settings, when used according to the provided care instructions. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or improper handling.
If the defect is due to a manufacturing fault, we will replace the defective product at no cost to you. If the original product is no longer in production, it will be replaced with the closest available model.
To file a claim under our 3-year warranty, please contact us with your order number and photos of the defective item.
