For Customers in Australia
Imports valued at less than AUD 1,000 are considered "low-value imports" and may be exempt from customs duties. However, new regulations effective July 1, 2018, may impose duties under certain conditions. For more details, please check the Australian Border Force website.

For Customers in the United Kingdom
In the UK, imports valued at £135 or less are usually exempt from customs duties but are subject to VAT (Value Added Tax). For orders over £135, both customs duties and VAT may be applied. For more details, please check the UK Government website.
For Customers in the EU
Since we are not registered with the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS), orders valued at €150 or less may still incur customs duties and VAT (Value Added Tax). These fees must be paid by the customer upon receipt of the goods. Orders exceeding €150 may incur customs duties, VAT, and import handling fees. We recommend checking local customs regulations in advance to ensure a smooth clearance process.
