Will I have to pay customs duties?
We use DDP（Delivered Duty Paid） shipping so you’ll never face unexpected customs charges.All orders ship duty-free with no extra fees in every country.
Can I review my design before it goes into production?
Yes. We will send you a final design mockup after your order so you can review it before production begins.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically shipped within 5 business days. After dispatch, delivery times depend on your location and the carrier, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. We’ll provide tracking information so you can monitor your shipment every step of the way.
Can I return or exchange my order?
As each sign is custom-made to order, we’re unable to accept returns due to change of mind. However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your sign arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we will gladly remake it or issue a full refund.
