Is shipping really free?
Absolutely—standard shipping is free on every order, anywhere in the world. Because we manufacture in‑house, we bypass middlemen and keep our costs low, so we can pass the savings straight to you.
Will I have to pay customs duties?
For customers in the United States, we ship all orders using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so there are no additional duties, taxes, or fees to pay upon delivery.
For customers in other countries, local customs may apply duties or VAT depending on your destination. These charges are determined by local authorities and collected by the carrier, not by us.

How long does delivery take?
We typically ship orders within 5 business days. We use FedEx for international shipping, but delivery times vary by country. Here's a general guideline for shipping times from dispatch to arrival:
- North America (US, Canada): 3–4 days
- Europe:
UK, Germany, France, Italy: 4–5 days
Other EU countries: 5–10 days - Australia & New Zealand: 5–9 days
- Asia: 3–6 days
- South America: 6–9 days
- Africa & Middle East: 6–10 days
- Other countries: 7–10 days
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because every sign is custom‑made, we can’t accept change‑of‑mind returns, but we stand behind our craftsmanship. If your sign arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we’ll remake it or issue a full refund—no questions asked.
