About Printing Method
・The printing is done in our factory using UV-curable UV printing ink that can be used outdoors.
・We use the most durable ink against the abrasion and water, after testing with actual materials.
・To further enhance durability, Glass Coating is applied over the printed letters and logos.
Regarding the painting of metals
・Steel (powder coated)
・Alumite (aluminum oxide film treatment, silver)
Regarding the painting of wood
・Our wood materials are finished with a water-based coating specially designed for outdoor use.
PIECE OF SIGN products have 3 years warranty.
This covers faulty workmanship and/or materials when the product is used in normal, domestic or commercial conditions and following the care and use instructions provided. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse of the product. If the defect was caused by a manufacturing fault, the faulty product will be replaced free of charge.
If the original product is no longer in production, it will be replaced with the most similar product.
To claim under our 3 years warranty, please contact us with images of your faulty product and order number.

Q: Is it possible to print on the entire surface?
A: If you provide us with data that meets the recommended resolution, we can print on steel white. Please select steel white if you wish to use it.
Q：What materials are recommended for rainy environments?
A：All materials have a surface coating, but we recommend acrylic or metal due to their material characteristics.
Q: Can I write on the plate?
A：Because the surface of the material is coated with a protective coating that prevents the print from peeling off and deteriorating, neither oil-based nor water-based pens can be used for writing. If you wish to write on the plate, we recommend using chalk on the blackboard plate.
Q: Are there any plates that can be used with magnets?
A: We do not support anodized aluminum or wood, but all colored steel products can be used.
Q：Can I see samples of your materials in person?
A：We do not accept samples by mail, but you can see the details of our products in the product photos and construction examples in the PRODUCT GALLERY at the bottom of the page. We would be happy to help you.
Q：Can I print my logo on the chalkboard plate?
A: Yes, it is possible. Double-sided printing is also possible, so please take advantage of it.
