Limited Warranty

Coverage

PIECE OF SIGN products are covered by a 3-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship, provided the product has been used normally in a residential or commercial setting and in accordance with the provided care instructions.

Warranty Period

3 years from the date of delivery.

What We Cover

If a defect is confirmed to result from a manufacturing fault, we will replace the product free of charge.

• Replacement is our standard resolution under this warranty.
• If the original product is no longer in production, it will be replaced with the closest available model.
• Eligibility for warranty coverage will be determined based on our inspection of the product.

What's Not Covered

The following are not covered under this warranty:

• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, sagging, warping, fading, or discoloration that reasonably occurs over time
• Damage caused by the customer's handling, whether intentional or accidental — including cuts, dents, and everyday scuffs
• Damage to items other than the product itself, or other incidental or consequential damages
• Damage caused by environmental factors, including direct sunlight, heating or cooling equipment, humidity, or condensation
• Damage occurring after delivery due to transportation, relocation, dropping, impact, pressure, or water exposure
• Damage caused by fire, earthquake, storm, lightning, salt damage, gas damage, insects, or other natural disasters
• Products resold or transferred as used items, whether free of charge or for payment
• Products used outdoors that are intended for indoor use only
• Intentional modification, alteration, or processing of the product
• Repairs or modifications performed by anyone other than our authorized service
• Any other case we determine to be inappropriate for warranty coverage

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Effective Date

This warranty applies to products purchased and paid for on or after July 1, 2022.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
