Cerakote
A high-performance ceramic-based coating developed by NIC Industries in the USA. It is trusted even for products exposed to demanding conditions, such as marine parts and racing car engine components.
Water-repellent, durable, and easy to wipe clean.
Care
Wipe the soiled area with a firmly wrung-out cloth. Dry it off if it gets rained on.
Do not use
- Detergents of any kind
- Alcohol or degreasers
- Abrasive sponges or scouring powder
- Waterproofing sprays
Protection film
Hand-pressed onto the surface to hold the color and design. Blocks UV, shields against rain, wind, and scuffing, and needs no maintenance. The film is part of the product — please don't peel it off on arrival.
Care
For stubborn dirt, wipe lightly with a cloth dampened with diluted neutral detergent.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom-made items due to customer preference, as each piece is made to order.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and send us photos showing the issue. Once the issue has been verified, we will arrange a repair or free replacement. Refunds are available only in exceptional cases where a replacement cannot be provided.
Please note that additional information or return of the item may be required depending on the circumstances.
PIECE OF SIGN products come with a 3-year warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use in residential or commercial settings, when used according to the provided care instructions. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or improper handling.
If the defect is due to a manufacturing fault, we will replace the defective product at no cost to you. If the original product is no longer in production, it will be replaced with the closest available model.
To file a claim under our 3-year warranty, please contact us with your order number and photos of the defective item.
Q: Is full-surface printing possible?

Yes, full-surface printing is available on Steel White plates. Please ensure your data meets the recommended resolution requirements. If you would like this option, please select Steel White when ordering.
Q: Do you offer double-sided printing?

Yes, we offer both single-sided and double-sided printing options.
If you would like double-sided printing, please be sure to select it in the options above before placing your order.
Q: What material is recommended for outdoor use in rainy conditions?
A:
All of our materials come with a protective surface coating.
However, for outdoor use in rainy conditions, we recommend choosing acrylic or metal for better durability.
Please note that wood may deteriorate more quickly when exposed to moisture over time.
Q: Can I get a design mockup?
A:
Your order will be printed exactly as shown in the preview above.
We do not provide additional mockups, but our team carefully reviews all design files before printing.
Please note that certain adjustments, such as background removal, may not appear in the on-screen preview but will be correctly applied to the final product.
