This covers faulty workmanship and/or materials when the product is used in normal, domestic or commercial conditions and following the care and use instructions provided. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse of the product. If the defect was caused by a manufacturing fault, the faulty product will be replaced free of charge.

If the original product is no longer in production, it will be replaced with the most similar product.

Q: Is full-surface printing possible?

A: Due to the specifications of our printing equipment, this type does not support full-surface printing. However, if there is a 30mm margin on all sides, background printing is possible.

If you use the FLAT PLATE Wall Sign in Steel White, full-surface printing is available.

Q: Can I write on the plate?

A: The surface of the material is coated with a protective layer, so it is not possible to write on it with oil-based or water-based pens. The coating ensures the print remains intact and prevents deterioration. If you need a writable surface, we recommend using a chalkboard plate with chalk.

Q: Can I order custom sizes?

A: We regret that we do not accept individual custom orders. However, we offer 30 different types of products, including circular ones, in various sizes and shapes. Please consider these options.

Q: Can I attach it with double-sided tape?

A: Strong adhesive double-sided tape is included. Please attach it to the top and bottom of the sign for installation.

Q: What material is recommended for outdoor use in rainy conditions?

A: Although all materials have a surface coating, we recommend acrylic or metal due to their material properties.

Q: Are there any plates that can be used with magnets?

A: Unfortunately, none of our metal plates of this type can be used with magnets. If you require a magnet-compatible plate, please consider the steel-colored plate for the Hanging Wall Sign L-SIZE.

Q: Can I get a design mockup?

A: We will print your product exactly as shown in the preview above. While we don't provide additional mockups, rest assured that our team thoroughly reviews all design files before printing. Please note that some options, such as background removal, might not be visible in the on-screen preview but will be correctly applied to the final product.
