Returns and Exchanges

We accept exchanges only in cases of clear product defects, damage caused by insufficient packaging, or incorrect delivery, provided that you contact us within 5 days of receiving the product.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If a product is found to be defective or incorrect, our standard resolution is replacement only.

Refunds are not offered as a general rule.
A refund will be issued only in the exceptional case where a replacement product cannot be provided due to production limitations, discontinuation, or other unavoidable circumstances.

The eligibility for a refund will be determined solely at our discretion after confirmation of the issue and availability of a replacement.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds in the following cases

  • Failure to contact us within 5 days of receiving the product

  • Damage or defects caused by use after delivery

  • Returns requested due to appearance differences, incorrect quantities ordered, or other customer-related reasons

  • Natural characteristics of wood products, including knots, grain variation, or color changes

  • Cuts, dents, scratches, or wear caused during normal or improper use

  • Aging-related deterioration such as warping, fading, cracking, discoloration, or wear

  • Damage caused by environmental factors including direct sunlight, heating or cooling equipment, humidity, or condensation

  • Damage caused after delivery due to transportation, relocation, dropping, impact, pressure, or water exposure

  • Damage caused by fire, earthquake, storm, lightning, salt damage, gas damage, insects, or other natural disasters

  • Products resold as used items, whether free of charge or for payment

  • Intentional modification, alteration, or processing of the product

  • Repairs or modifications performed by anyone other than our authorized service

  • Installation methods not recommended by us

  • Installation on unsuitable surfaces or walls

  • Differences between submitted design data or product images and the actual product color

  • Minor packaging damage or surface imperfections caused by uncontrollable shipping factors, provided the product functions properly

How to Report a Defective or Incorrect Item

If you notice damage or receive an incorrect product upon delivery, please contact us immediately at contact@pieceofsign.com

Our customer service team will respond within 3 business days.
After verification, we will arrange repair or replacement.
Refunds will be issued only if a replacement is not possible.

Exchanges

For exchanges, a replacement product will be shipped after we receive the returned item.Please note that return shipping costs may apply and may exceed the original shipping cost.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

All product prices listed on this Site include applicable customs duties and import taxes for delivery to your country or region (Delivered Duties Paid / DDP). You will not be charged any additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery.

In rare cases, your country's customs authority may require additional documentation or procedures to process the shipment. If such requirements cannot be fulfilled, the order may be subject to delays or cancellation, for which we are not responsible.

If delivery is refused or undeliverable due to an incorrect address or the recipient's failure to accept the shipment, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs and return shipping fees. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.

Delivery Dates

Estimated delivery dates are provided as a reference only.
Delays may occur due to production volume, social conditions, natural disasters, transportation issues, or carrier-related circumstances.
Returns or refunds due to delivery delays will not be accepted.
