PIECE OF SIGN products have 3 years warranty.
This covers faulty workmanship and/or materials when the product is used in normal, domestic or commercial conditions and following the care and use instructions provided. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse of the product. If the defect was caused by a manufacturing fault, the faulty product will be replaced free of charge.
If the original product is no longer in production, it will be replaced with the most similar product.
To claim under our 3 years warranty, please contact us with images of your faulty product and order number.

We use UV-curable inks, ideal for outdoor use, printed in-house at our workshop.

After evaluating various manufacturers both in Japan and abroad, we've chosen the ink that offers the best abrasion resistance and weather durability, based on rigorous tests using actual materials.
Note: This product features a printing method where color is applied to the back and the design is printed on the front.
▼ Film-Enhanced Protection
Each product is coated with a special protective film that safeguards the design against scratches, dirt, UV rays, and weather exposure.
The film is meticulously applied to maintain the colors and texture, ensuring long-lasting durability with minimal maintenance. For cleaning, use a soft cloth and mild detergent.
Note: The protective film is applied only to the back (colored side) of the product. Please do not remove any protective film upon arrival, as none is applied beyond the lamination
Q: Can I order custom sizes?
A: We apologize, but we do not accept individual custom orders. Please select from the existing square or rectangular shapes.
Q: Can you print on both sides?
A: Double-sided printing is not possible because color printing is done from the reverse side.
Q: Can I purchase the product without printing?
A: We do not support purchase of this product without printing. Please print your logo, QR, etc. to enjoy the unique 3D effect and depth.
Q: Can I change the font size for text input?
A: We are sorry, but the text size cannot be changed. If you wish to adjust the font size, please create your own data and place your order from the original data. We have design templates available for your use.
Q: Can I get a design mockup?
A: We will print your product exactly as shown in the preview above. While we don't provide additional mockups, rest assured that our team thoroughly reviews all design files before printing. Please note that some options, such as background removal, might not be visible in the on-screen preview but will be correctly applied to the final product.
Q: Can you print my original background color?
A: We are sorry, but we cannot print your original background color; please choose from among five colors.
