Don’t have a design yet? Easily create one using Canva’s free software. Check out our Canva templates from each product page by selecting "Use template" > "①Template available here"

When you upload an image on the product page, you can freely adjust its position and size in the preview.
After placing your order, we will send you a final approval email before printing for confirmation.
Your design will be printed at the original resolution of the submitted file using our high-performance professional printers.

Production and Shipping
- Choose your favorite product, material, and color, then upload your image data. A preview will be displayed on the screen. Adjust the size and position of the logo, then add it to the cart and proceed to checkout once you're satisfied.
- You can upload your design for printing in png, jpeg, pdf, or other file formats. If you don't have a design image, you can create one using the free software Canva. For detailed instructions on how to use Canva, check this guide.
- After you place your order, we carefully review and prepare your submitted design file, then send you a final mockup by email for confirmation.
If you need any adjustments, just let us know. Each design is checked by our team, and we work closely with you to make sure the final result matches your vision as closely as possible.
- After you place your order, our data team will conduct a final check. If there are no issues with the submitted data, production will begin. Production typically completes within 5 business days of your order, then it will be shipped.
- Shipping is free worldwide via FedEx. You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Look forward to your delivery.
- All international orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis.This means that all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are included in the product price and will be fully covered by us.You will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
