Cerakote
A high-performance ceramic-based coating developed by NIC Industries in the USA. It is trusted even for products exposed to demanding conditions, such as marine parts and racing car engine components.
Water-repellent, durable, and easy to wipe clean.
Care
Wipe the soiled area with a firmly wrung-out cloth. Dry it off if it gets rained on.

- Alcohol or degreasers
- Abrasive sponges or scouring powder
- Waterproofing sprays
Protection film
Hand-pressed onto the surface to hold the color and design. Blocks UV, shields against rain, wind, and scuffing, and needs no maintenance. The film is part of the product — please don't peel it off on arrival.
Care
For stubborn dirt, wipe lightly with a cloth dampened with diluted neutral detergent.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom-made items due to customer preference, as each piece is made to order.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and send us photos showing the issue. Once the issue has been verified, we will arrange a repair or free replacement. Refunds are available only in exceptional cases where a replacement cannot be provided.
Please note that additional information or return of the item may be required depending on the circumstances.
PIECE OF SIGN products come with a 3-year warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use in residential or commercial settings, when used according to the provided care instructions. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or improper handling.
If the defect is due to a manufacturing fault, we will replace the defective product at no cost to you. If the original product is no longer in production, it will be replaced with the closest available model.
To file a claim under our 3-year warranty, please contact us with your order number and photos of the defective item.
Q: Can you print on both sides of the sign?
A: Yes, double-sided printing is available for an additional $20 per side. To install, insert the base portion between the two sides and secure them firmly. For detailed installation instructions, please click here.
Q: Is full-surface printing possible?
A: Yes, full-surface printing is available on Metal White. Please provide a file that meets our recommended resolution requirements and select Metal White when placing your order.
Q: The package includes three base plates of different shapes. Are additional plates available for purchase separately?
A: Yes, THE DOOR SIGN offers sizes compatible with this product, allowing you to purchase plates individually. With additional plates, you can freely switch between square, rectangular, and circular signs to suit your needs. (Please note: the square size of THE DOOR SIGN is slightly smaller at 130 × 130 mm.)
Q: Can I get a design mockup?
A: Your order will be printed exactly as shown in the preview above.
We do not provide additional mockups, but our team carefully reviews all design files before printing.
Please note that certain adjustments, such as background removal, may not appear in the on-screen preview but will be correctly applied to the final product.
