1. Remove any oil, moisture, dirt, or dust from the surface to be bonded.
2. Peel off the release liner from the back, attach the product, and press firmly for about 30 seconds. Then temporarily secure it with masking tape or similar, avoiding the engraved area. We recommend a curing period of at least 72 hours at room temperature.
3. After full curing, slowly remove the temporary tape.
* Be aware that after full curing, removal of the product may be difficult. We ask that you proceed with installation accordingly.
* Surfaces where the included double-sided tape cannot be applied.
- Uneven surfaces
- Surfaces such as wallpaper that are easily damaged or painted surfaces that peel easily
- Materials that are difficult to bond, such as PVC, rubber, polypropylene, polyethylene, etc.
- Surfaces with fluorine coating, silicone coating, or other treatments that make adhesion difficult
- Concrete or plaster walls

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom-made items due to customer preference, as each piece is made to order.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and send us photos showing the issue. Once the issue has been verified, we will arrange a repair or free replacement. Refunds are available only in exceptional cases where a replacement cannot be provided.
Please note that additional information or return of the item may be required depending on the circumstances.
PIECE OF SIGN products come with a 3-year warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use in residential or commercial settings, when used according to the provided care instructions. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or improper handling.
If the defect is due to a manufacturing fault, we will replace the defective product at no cost to you. If the original product is no longer in production, it will be replaced with the closest available model.
To file a claim under our 3-year warranty, please contact us with your order number and photos of the defective item.
