This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use in residential or commercial settings, when used according to the provided care instructions. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or improper handling.
If the defect is due to a manufacturing fault, we will replace the defective product at no cost to you. If the original product is no longer in production, it will be replaced with the closest available model.
To file a claim under our 3-year warranty, please contact us with your order number and photos of the defective item.
Q: How do I attach the cutout letters?
A: A leveler and adhesive are included. Please refer to the placement guide included with the product.
Q: Does the price change depending on the number of letters?
A: The price is the same for up to 11 characters. If you need more than 11 characters, please purchase additional ones.
Q:Is it possible to install on a bumpy or rough wall?
A: Yes, it can be installed using the provided adhesive. (Extremely uneven walls may be difficult to work with.)
Q: How do I maintain the cut-out letters?
A: The material may rust when wet, so please gently wipe it off with a dry cloth if it gets wet.
