Please note that it cannot be attached to anodized aluminum, aluminum composite plates, wood, stone, and acrylic materials.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom-made items due to customer preference, as each piece is made to order.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and send us photos showing the issue. Once the issue has been verified, we will arrange a repair or free replacement. Refunds are available only in exceptional cases where a replacement cannot be provided.
Please note that additional information or return of the item may be required depending on the circumstances.
PIECE OF SIGN products come with a 3-year warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use in residential or commercial settings, when used according to the provided care instructions. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or improper handling.
If the defect is due to a manufacturing fault, we will replace the defective product at no cost to you. If the original product is no longer in production, it will be replaced with the closest available model.
To file a claim under our 3-year warranty, please contact us with your order number and photos of the defective item.
Q: Is it possible to request a specific font or text size?
A: We regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate custom requests for font or text size.
Q: Is it possible to check the number of characters included?
A: You can check the number of included characters in the Magnet Letter Set List. Please choose either the 2-sheet or 4-sheet option according to the content you wish to express.
Q: Which plates can the letters be applied to?
A: The letters can only be applied to metal steel color plates.
Please be aware that they cannot be attached to anodized or the metal plates listed below.
