This product is printed with color on the back and the design on the front surface.
Protection film
Hand-pressed onto the surface to hold the color and design. Blocks UV, shields against rain, wind, and scuffing, and needs no maintenance. The film is part of the product — please don't peel it off on arrival.
Care
For stubborn dirt, wipe lightly with a cloth dampened with diluted neutral detergent.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom-made items due to customer preference, as each piece is made to order.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and send us photos showing the issue. Once the issue has been verified, we will arrange a repair or free replacement. Refunds are available only in exceptional cases where a replacement cannot be provided.
Please note that additional information or return of the item may be required depending on the circumstances.
PIECE OF SIGN products come with a 3-year warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use in residential or commercial settings, when used according to the provided care instructions. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or improper handling.
If the defect is due to a manufacturing fault, we will replace the defective product at no cost to you. If the original product is no longer in production, it will be replaced with the closest available model.
To file a claim under our 3-year warranty, please contact us with your order number and photos of the defective item.
Q: Can I order custom sizes?
A: We currently don’t offer custom sizing for individual orders.
Q: Can I see samples?
A: We don’t offer physical samples, but you can view high-resolution images and real-life installation examples in the PRODUCT GALLERY at the bottom of the page. We hope these visuals help you get a clear sense of the look and quality.
Q: When will my order be delivered? Can I choose a delivery date?
A: You can check the estimated delivery date right below the Add to Cart button. Please note that we’re unable to accept specific delivery date requests for international shipments, but we always strive to ship as promptly as possible.
Q: Can the font size be changed for text input?
A: The font size is fixed and cannot be adjusted manually. If you'd like to customize the layout or scale of your text, you’re welcome to upload your own design file and select the "Logo" design style at checkout.
Q: Can you do hole punching or other processing?
A: Due to material sourcing constraints, we don’t offer hole punching or custom processing at this time.
Q: Can I get a design mockup?
A: Your order will be printed exactly as shown in the preview above.
While we don’t provide additional mockups, our team carefully reviews all submitted files to ensure quality and accuracy. Please note that some effects—such as background removal—may not appear in the preview but will be correctly applied in the final print.
Q: Can you print original designs?
A: Absolutely. If you’d like to print your own original design, simply upload your design file and select the "Logo" design style when placing your order.
Q: What color is the back side of the product?
A: The back side is white. This design choice enhances color clarity on the front and ensures a clean, high-contrast finish. The background is not printed in color.
