Absolutely—standard shipping is free on every order, anywhere in the world. Because we manufacture in‑house, we bypass middlemen and keep our costs low, so we can pass the savings straight to you.
Every parcel travels via FedEx International Priority, letting us deliver worldwide—from Tokyo to North America, Europe, Asia‑Pacific, South America, and Africa—quickly and reliably. Just place your order with confidence and we’ll handle the rest.
Will I have to pay customs duties?
Import fees depend on your country’s rules: nearly all U.S. shipments valued at USD $800 or less clear duty‑free under the de minimis threshold, whereas other destinations may charge duties or VAT. Any such costs are set by local customs and collected by the carrier, not by us.

How long does delivery take?
We typically ship orders within 5 business days. We use FedEx for international shipping, but delivery times vary by country. Here's a general guideline for shipping times from dispatch to arrival:

UK, Germany, France, Italy: 4–5 days

Can I return or exchange my order?
Because every sign is custom‑made, we can’t accept change‑of‑mind returns, but we stand behind our craftsmanship. If your sign arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we’ll remake it or issue a full refund—no questions asked.

Can I get a design mock‑up?
Your sign will be printed exactly as it appears in the on‑screen preview. We do not provide additional mock‑ups, but our team performs a thorough artwork review before printing. Note that options like background removal may not show in the preview; they will be applied correctly to the final product.
Do you offer double-sided printing?
Yes—both single‑sided and double‑sided printing are available.
To order double‑sided printing, select the Double‑sided option on the product page before adding the item to your cart. If you already added the single‑sided version, simply return to the product page, choose Double‑sided, and re‑add it to your cart.
