Delivery information

Express International Shipping :
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, we aim for delivery within 4–8 business days.

Orders are shipped from either our Tokyo warehouse or our U.S. warehouse, depending on the item and availability.We primarily ship via FedEx, and a tracking number will be sent by email once your order has shipped.

We offer free worldwide shipping. Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes due to the size and volume of some of our products.
During peak e-commerce periods, processing and shipping delays may occur.

Customs Duties, Taxes and Brokerage Fees

All international orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis.

This means that all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are included in the product price and will be fully covered by us.
You will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

As the seller, we are responsible for complying with the import laws and regulations of the destination country, including accurate customs declarations and payment of all required duties and taxes.

Please note that, in some cases, customs authorities may request additional information or documentation to complete clearance. While this may cause delays, no extra charges will be passed on to the customer.

Due to strengthened U.S. import regulations, certain documents or information may be required to complete customs clearance. Failure to provide requested information may result in delivery delays; however, order cancellations based on customs-related procedures cannot be accepted.

Refusal of delivery

If you refuse a shipment from PIECE OF SIGN you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred on the package, as well as the cost of returning your parcel to anveil inc. This amount will be deducted from your refund once the shipment has been received back.

Delivery Delays and Cancellations

Delays in delivery may occur due to various circumstances, such as weather conditions, high order volumes, or transportation issues. In such cases, orders cannot be canceled.
