Usage & Environment
- This product is recommended for indoor use.
Power & Cable
- Charging cable is not included.
- If the product is installed within 12" (30 cm) of a power outlet, we recommend a charging cable about 5 ft. (1.5 m) long. Please prepare a cable of an appropriate length according to the distance between the installation location and the power outlet.
- This product is designed so that the cable is routed through the inside of the pipe. Because the cable may pick up dirt inside the pipe, we recommend choosing a black cable.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom-made items due to customer preference, as each piece is made to order.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and send us photos showing the issue. Once the issue has been verified, we will arrange a repair or free replacement. Refunds are available only in exceptional cases where a replacement cannot be provided.
Please note that additional information or return of the item may be required depending on the circumstances.
PIECE OF SIGN products come with a 3-year warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use in residential or commercial settings, when used according to the provided care instructions. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or improper handling.
If the defect is due to a manufacturing fault, we will replace the defective product at no cost to you. If the original product is no longer in production, it will be replaced with the closest available model.
To file a claim under our 3-year warranty, please contact us with your order number and photos of the defective item.
