About Printing Method

・The printing is done in our factory using UV-curable UV printing ink that can be used outdoors.

・We use the most durable ink against the abrasion and water, after testing with actual materials.

 Film-Enhanced Protection

Each product is coated with a special protective film that safeguards the design against scratches, dirt, UV rays, and weather exposure.

The film is meticulously applied to maintain the colors and texture, ensuring long-lasting durability with minimal maintenance. For cleaning, use a soft cloth and mild detergent.

Note: The protective film is part of the product and should not be peeled off upon delivery.

PIECE OF SIGN products have 3 years warranty.

This covers faulty workmanship and/or materials when the product is used in normal, domestic or commercial conditions and following the care and use instructions provided. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse of the product. If the defect was caused by a manufacturing fault, the faulty product will be replaced free of charge.

If the original product is no longer in production, it will be replaced with the most similar product.

To claim under our 3 years warranty, please contact us with images of your faulty product and order number.

Q: Can I write on the plate?

A: The surface of the material is coated with a protective layer, so it is not possible to write on it with oil-based or water-based pens. The coating ensures the print remains intact and prevents deterioration.
If you need a writable surface, we recommend using a chalkboard plate with chalk.

Q: What kind of use do you recommend?

A: The large plate size is recommended for those who wish to display a substantial amount of information. The large size is also highly visible from a distance, making it ideal for eye-catching applications.

Q: Are there any plates that can be used with magnets?

A: Magnets cannot be attached to this plate.

Q: Can I see samples?

A: We do not send samples, but you can view detailed product photos and examples in the PRODUCT GALLERY at the bottom of the page. We hope this will be helpful.

Q: Is full-surface printing possible?

A:Full surface printing is not available on colored acrylic plates.
If you wish to print on the entire surface, please choose A-FRAME's steel color plates.

Q:Can I get a design mockup?

A:We will print your product exactly as shown in the preview above. While we don't provide additional mockups, rest assured that our team thoroughly reviews all design files before printing. Please note that some options, such as background removal, might not be visible in the on-screen preview but will be correctly applied to the final product.

Q:Do you offer double-sided printing?

A:Double-sided printing is difficult due to the translucent material.
