We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom-made items due to customer preference, as each piece is made to order.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and send us photos showing the issue. Once the issue has been verified, we will arrange a repair or free replacement. Refunds are available only in exceptional cases where a replacement cannot be provided.
Please note that additional information or return of the item may be required depending on the circumstances.
PIECE OF SIGN products come with a 3-year warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use in residential or commercial settings, when used according to the provided care instructions. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or improper handling.
If the defect is due to a manufacturing fault, we will replace the defective product at no cost to you. If the original product is no longer in production, it will be replaced with the closest available model.
To file a claim under our 3-year warranty, please contact us with your order number and photos of the defective item.
Q: Do you offer custom sizes?
A: We’re sorry, but we don’t accept custom size requests. Please choose from our square or rectangular options.
Q: Can you print on both sides?
A: Acrylic is transparent, so we can’t print on both sides. Other materials, however, allow double-sided printing.
Q: Is it possible to buy this product without printing?
A: Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer a no-print option. You’re welcome to print your logo, QR code, or any other design.
Q: Can I adjust the font size for text input?
A: We apologize, but the font size can’t be changed. If you need to customize it, please upload your own design file and select the “Logo” style at checkout.
Q: Can I get a mockup of my design?
A: We’ll print your product exactly as shown in the preview. While we don’t provide extra mockups, rest assured our team carefully reviews every design file before printing. Some features—like background removal—may not be visible on-screen but will be properly applied to the final product.
