Cerakote
A high-performance ceramic-based coating developed by NIC Industries in the USA. It is trusted even for products exposed to demanding conditions, such as marine parts and racing car engine components.
Water-repellent, durable, and easy to wipe clean.
Care
Wipe the soiled area with a firmly wrung-out cloth. Dry it off if it gets rained on.

Protection film
Hand-pressed onto the surface to hold the color and design. Blocks UV, shields against rain, wind, and scuffing, and needs no maintenance. The film is part of the product — please don't peel it off on arrival.
Care
For stubborn dirt, wipe lightly with a cloth dampened with diluted neutral detergent.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom-made items due to customer preference, as each piece is made to order.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and send us photos showing the issue. Once the issue has been verified, we will arrange a repair or free replacement. Refunds are available only in exceptional cases where a replacement cannot be provided.
Please note that additional information or return of the item may be required depending on the circumstances.
PIECE OF SIGN products come with a 3-year warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use in residential or commercial settings, when used according to the provided care instructions. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or improper handling.
If the defect is due to a manufacturing fault, we will replace the defective product at no cost to you. If the original product is no longer in production, it will be replaced with the closest available model.
To file a claim under our 3-year warranty, please contact us with your order number and photos of the defective item.
Q: Do you have a recommended mobile battery?
A: Please use a power bank with a USB Type-A output rated at 2A.
Q: What is the brightness (in lumens)?
A: SMALL: 115.2 lm / MEDIUM: 240 lm.
Please note that perceived brightness and color tone may vary depending on the installation environment.
Q: Is full-surface printing available?
A: Due to printing machine specifications, full-surface printing is not supported.
However, background printing is possible with a margin of 5mm on all sides for SMALL, and 15mm on all sides for MEDIUM.
Q: Can it be used on rainy days?
A: It is suitable for outdoor use, but on rainy days, please place it under an eave.
In case of severe weather, we recommend bringing it indoors in advance.
