About Printing Method
・The printing is done in our factory using UV-curable UV printing ink that can be used outdoors.
・We use the most durable ink against the abrasion and water, after testing with actual materials.
・To further enhance durability, we've applied a Ceramic Coating over the letters and logos.
The ceramic coating, a technology used in U.S. military equipment, offers exceptional weather and stain resistance, ensuring long-term reliability and peace of mind.

・Our wood materials are finished with a water-based coating specially designed for outdoor use.
PIECE OF SIGN products have 3 years warranty.
This covers faulty workmanship and/or materials when the product is used in normal, domestic or commercial conditions and following the care and use instructions provided. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse of the product. If the defect was caused by a manufacturing fault, the faulty product will be replaced free of charge.
If the original product is no longer in production, it will be replaced with the most similar product.
To claim under our 3 years warranty, please contact us with images of your faulty product and order number.

Q: Can I write on the plate?
A: Due to the protective coating on the surface to prevent peeling and deterioration of the print, you cannot write on it with either oil-based or water-based pens. The coating ensures the print remains intact, so you can use it with confidence.
Q: Can I order custom sizes?
A: We regret that we do not accept individual custom orders. However, we offer 30 different types of products, including circular ones, in various sizes and shapes. Please consider these options.
Q: Can I see samples?
A: We do not send samples, but you can view detailed product photos and examples in the GALLERY at the bottom of the page. We hope this will be helpful.
Q: What material is recommended for outdoor use in rainy conditions?
A: Although all materials have a surface coating, we recommend acrylic or metal due to their material properties.
Q: Is full-surface printing possible?
A: Full-surface printing is possible on steel white if you provide a file that meets the recommended resolution. Please select steel white if you desire this option.
Q: Can I attach it with double-sided tape?
A: Strong adhesive double-sided tape is included. Please attach it to the top and bottom of the sign for installation.
Q: Can I get a design mockup?
A: We will print your product exactly as shown in the preview above. While we don't provide additional mockups, rest assured that our team thoroughly reviews all design files before printing. Please note that some options, such as background removal, might not be visible in the on-screen preview but will be correctly applied to the final product.
