The ceramic coating, a technology used in U.S. military equipment, offers exceptional weather and stain resistance, ensuring long-term reliability and peace of mind.
PIECE OF SIGN products have 3 years warranty.
This covers faulty workmanship and/or materials when the product is used in normal, domestic or commercial conditions and following the care and use instructions provided. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse of the product. If the defect was caused by a manufacturing fault, the faulty product will be replaced free of charge.
If the original product is no longer in production, it will be replaced with the most similar product.
To claim under our 3 years warranty, please contact us with images of your faulty product and order number.

Double-sided adhesive tape for architectural use that is resistant rainwater and a strong adhesive are included.
For materials with transparent backsides, double-sided tape for transparent materials is included.
Q: Can I order custom sizes?
A: We apologize, but we do not accept individual custom orders. We offer a variety of door signs in different materials, shapes, and sizes, so please choose your preferred option from our product page.
Q: Can I see samples?
A: We do not send samples, but you can view detailed product photos and examples in the PRODUCT GALLERY at the bottom of the page. We hope this will be helpful.
Q: Can the product be attached with magnets?
A: Yes, it is possible if you have commercially available neodymium magnets or similar. However, we do not recommend using them for heavy objects like stones as they might fall.
Q: What material is recommended for outdoor use in rainy conditions?
A: Although all materials have a surface coating, we recommend acrylic or metal due to their material properties. Wood may deteriorate faster in prolonged wet conditions. For long-lasting use, please consider these options.
Q: Can the product be attached to uneven or rough walls?
A: The included double-sided adhesive tape is thick and strong, so it can be installed on slightly uneven surfaces without any problem. If you are concerned, please use commercially available double-sided tape for rough surfaces.
Q: When is the delivery date? Also, is it possible to specify the delivery date?
A: Please check the "Add to cart" button below for the estimated delivery date. We are sorry, but we do not accept delivery date specifications for overseas shipments.
Q: How transparent will the acrylic milky white be when installed?
A: Please refer to this page for information on transparency. Please be assured that the adhesive tape provided will not be transparent.
Q: Can the font size for text input be changed?
A: We apologize, but the font size cannot be changed. If you wish to adjust the font size, please create your own design file and select the "Logo" design style when placing your order.
Q: Can you perform hole punching?
A: Due to material procurement reasons, we currently do not offer hole punching or other processing. Double-sided adhesive tape and glue are included, so please use these to attach and install.
Q：Is it possible to print on the entire surface?
A：We do not offer full surface printing on prism, but we can print square, circular, and rectangle shapes in steel white as long as you provide us a file that meets the recommended resolution. Please select steel white if you would like to use steel white.
Q：Can I get a design mockup?
A: We will print your product exactly as shown in the preview above. While we don't provide additional mockups, rest assured that our team thoroughly reviews all design files before printing. Please note that some options, such as background removal, might not be visible in the on-screen preview but will be correctly applied to the final product.
