However, if an item arrives damaged, contains a mistake, or is missing any parts, we’ll make it right — either with a full refund or a free replacement.

PIECE OF SIGN products come with a 3-year warranty.
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use in residential or commercial settings, when used according to the provided care instructions.
It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or improper handling.
If the defect is due to a manufacturer defect, we will replace the defective product at no cost to you.
If the original product is no longer in production, it will be replaced with the closest available model.
To file a warranty claim under our 3-year warranty, please contact us with your order number and photos of the defective item.
